Rule number 1. If it gets on you, wash it off. Contains a neurotoxins and after years and years of exposure can start to mess with your functionality

Team Synergy, Team FBL Rotors-------if its not broke...it will be!

And nitro fuel is very destructive to the eyes so avoid splashing it.

Love the smell of a nitro heli in the morning, any time for that matter.

I fly both nitro and electric. Not sure why people are such one sided? Having a little of everything is what I am all about.

I said I’d never go back to nitro after I went electric about 7 years ago. Now I have 2 electric that I don’t often fly, 3 nitro that I fly all the time and a gasser that is number one.

I love engines!

I've been flying glow powered planes for almost 55 years, glow powered helis for near 45 years. Every time I go out I get some fuel on my hands. I usually just wipe it off with a paper towel. At 69 I have a few problems, but none out of the ordinary and none that aren't associated with the coming of old age. I have a few friends that are older than me and have been flying almost as long as me. Same as me, no problems that out of the ordinary for their age. Compared to some other things I have done and some I still do, getting a little glow fuel on my hands is on the bottom of my list of things to worry about.

I missed my original trex 700N that I sold to build a Protos 700 a few years back. I still have all my electric helis. But, I just got an old V1 airframe back to build up again. Original 91HZ to boot. I'm gonna enjoy burning some 30% again.

Also, just to keep the cost down for now, I'm gonna fly it flybarred for a while until I can get the funds up for a head conversion and a new NEO for it.

Fun little winter project. Looking forward to cleaning oil and grime off of all my gear after a day of flying again. It feels like 2007 again

if it ain't broke, break it.

There are as many reasons nitro wont ever die as there are folks who fly RC Helis.
Its not the best or the clear leader, though it my be for some of us, it just has some qualities no other type can bring to the table.

There is no replacement for displacement.

Silly I know but one of my happiest moments in this hobby was when I still tent camped on the main IRCHA flight line....Hotter in hell August dusk without wind......All up and down the line a huge thick cloud of Nitro smoke covered the field....smelled great...looked awesome....
for me.....a true moment of Happiness.

Thanks for stirring the pot!!! Been a while since I was on RR...it's dying. Got one of my helis out a week ago... Man I forgot all the battery charger settings, ESC setups, and my switchology was suspect! I managed to keep from crashing and even had a motor cutout/unplanned successful auto!
My best memories, also, are watching a low inverted hover suck in a thick white exhaust plume! IC engines are still cool!! Go NITRO!!

I Have both, will take Nitro anyday, If Align would bring out a 30 size or a new 50 size that would keep Nitro more alive.

Totally agree.

Synergy MIGHT be doing a nitro 516 or a conversion kit which I would be all over like a rash!

All you nitro lovers need to get on Nitro Nation on FB if you aren't already!

60% of the time, it works every time!
