Tail bobbing is usually associated with the head.
Overly tight blade grips. Dampners to hard for the headspeed you're using.

Try raising your HS too see if it goes away.

Thanks guys. I lowered the gain on main rotor and that fixed the bob, now I have a very small sideways wag even with 25 on the tail gain. any thoughts on that? Thanks again

Have you tried moving the ball inward on the tail servo horn ?
The correct tail blade size ?
Sometimes it's something sticking mechanical.

Haha, I'll second this one too.

Sticky something in the tail making it harder for the servo to move it, and servo arm too long causes what you describe.

Maybe once I'll get to beat ICUR1 to the punch.
