Can You Actually Buy An Advertisement To Impeach The President?

Watch at YouTube

The other night I was watching the TV with my wife. Just killing a little time before bed watching a sitcom. Out of the blue came an advertisement soliciting the impeachment of the President! Whether or not you like the current President isn't the question. I was gobsmacked to learn you could simply buy airtime on prime time television suggesting the removal of the POTUS. I didn't know impeachment of the sitting President of the United States fell into the same advertising bucket as selling Cheerios and Turtle Wax car polish.

I find it entertaining to listen to the cries of outrage that Russia my have voiced an opinion in the last election (of course they did- I expect them to) and at the same time I'm watching a billionaire hedge fund manager running advertisements on TV for the overthrow of the person given a mandate to run this country.

I'm getting too old for this ****.

I completely agree with you. And people wonder WHO exactly is running this country...or trying to.

Truly pathetic.

But totally expected out of the left after all if you can't win a election by stealing it you'll need a Plan B.

And you expect anything different from the left when they don't get their way. Commiefornia gay marriage vote is the perfect example, the will of the free people in an election means nothing to them. Don't like the answer, just have an activist judge overthrow it.

We have allowed the places of higher education to create far too many useful idiots, they are being cranked out in record numbers now. They are so unaware of what is going on you can pee on them in full view and they will still believe you when you tell them it is raining. Makes you want to look up at the sky and scream.

...WHO exactly is running this country...or trying to.
Who has really has been in control for last 20,30 or 40 years?

Between Clinton and Obama I've spent 16 years of my adult life with what I consider tragic Presidents. On election night for Obama's last election I was having a beer in the bar at the hotel I was staying at in San Francisco. It was largely populated with tattooed lesbians. They announced that Obama had won his second term and the place exploded in cheer (and husky tattooed "women" groping each other). "We won! We won!" Indeed they had won. And I had lost. Decades of my disappointment were to continue. That's how democracy works. We ran an election and I lost (again). We'll try harder in 4 years.

In 2017 I would not say that I won with Donald. I would say I didn't loose with another Clinton. I would also say liberals DID loose when their candidate was soundly beaten and sent home. What has been eye opening is the reaction of those that lost. The violence and spending to overthrow a fairly elected POTUS was unexpected. I feel as if they are making a tactical mistake by too clearly exposing their venom. It has been made very clear to the voting public that liberals are very happy with the electoral college and our republic as long as the cheering on election night is done by them. It only makes me dig my heals in deeper and fight back against the paid liberal agenda now so clear.

If I was forced to find a bright spot in this political landscape it might be that Hillary out spent The Donald by a very large margin. Not by 5% or 10% but by 200% (depending on where you look) - and lost. At this moment it seems the voting public doesn't as easily fall for paid elections. It doesn't seem quite as easy to buy an election. The openly biased opinions of the popular press has not changed public sentiment and may have made voters wiser. I'd say that is about 4 decades over due.

Of course someone can buy such airtime. If the TV station refused to air it, the source would litigate.

But the TV station gladly accepts the revenue.

In addition, they are playing to their base....which boosts their ratings, etc.

Don't get me started on hedge fund "managers"....LOL

For quite a while i thought money bought elections, Trump and Hillary kinda proved that wrong. Hillary and her crooks dumped buttloads of money on her campagn, Trump spent very little. Media had nothing nice to say about trump and nothing bad to say about hildabeast.... This guy can spend all his money and flap his lips if he wants to, but i don't expect anything will come of it.

Half of them still do.

Trump didn't win the popular vote.

Which means to me that half the people are on the public dole.

And the establishment politicians of both parties know that.

And they will continue to tell the gullible electorate whatever they think such electorate wants to hear to get re-elected.

So that this tax and spend govt. will continue to spend the nation into financial disaster.

Trump shouldn't be impeached, but rather ALL of Congress should be impeached.

And, those that depend on govt. handouts should have the choice of either accepting such handouts and not vote in Fed. elections....OR....not accepting such handouts and voting in Fed. elections.

This would help wean the crooked Congress from buying votes using the taxpayer's money....the 50% of the population that actually pays any federal taxes, that is.

If you only count the legally cast votes, I have no doubt that Trump won the popular vote by a landslide as well . . .Friends don't let friends become electrotarded . . . .
