The protest started out to promote social equality, The problem is WHEN they decided to protest. They could protest before or after the National Anthem, NOT during.

So they are "concerned " with social injustice? Why not pony up go back to where most of them came from and try and change it? I suggest Outh Side Chicago for a great starting place.
Before and after every game microphones are in their faces why not get the message out that way?

It is all inapropriate use of their job. If i used my job as a microphone to piss of our customers i would be out of a job in a milisecond.

Like everyone else they are cogs in an ecconomic machine. They are just too stupid to know it yet. Their machine runs on advertizing, and Budwieser is considering pulling tbeir adds.

Someone should probably consider an Afirmative Action suit too.

NFL is very out of ballance and screwey, but it is nothing a dose of reality can't fix.

I just wrote to Budweiser asking them to pull NFL ads and publish why they pulled the ads.
Go to the Budweiser site and send a message if you like.

I like it. Just understand, Budweiser in no more American than Volkswagen or Ferrari. It's owned by InBev and it's Belgian. In fact, its the second largest company by sales in Belgium. InBev is known to be less friendly to sports advertising than the previous owners. I don't think it would take much for them to pull out. I suppose it is all about the money.

It's all simpler than that though, isn't it? I'm an airline pilot and while passengers are mostly nice to me, when it comes to my political views, they expect me to get in the cockpit and do my stupid human trick. "Get up there monkey boy and fly me to Tampa."

As it applies to the the NFL, I could care less about the cause of the week. Get out there and run around for my entertainment. Miley Cyurs? Sing me a song. I don't care who you are voting for. Roseanne Barr? Make me laugh. Tell a joke. Why would I care where YOU come down on LGTBQ?

While most of my passenger respect me for my profession, they would not tolerate me leveraging that into a Public Address announcement somewhere over Kansas on the next flight to Denver about my political views. I expect their rightly justifiable view to be, "Shut the F up and push whatever buttons you have to, to get me where I'm going".

"Well, Nothing bad can happen now."

Just called Budweiser myself an gave them my opinion. Not much but I got to tell someone. The price of beer will probably go down to half price without supporting these guys.

... I dont see any other beer price ever going down... If you drink Keystone or Natural light... going half price would equal free...

but on a serious note, I dont fall for this boycott BS... Budweiser pull out of NFL... they'll play the patriotic card and move all advertising over to NASCAR, and simply because they are more idealistically patriotic, people will buy more beer? or are they simply playing the numbers and could give a rats a$$ about how we feel?

All advertisers care ONLY about their bottom line... they simply ask the people whats in vogue this week to see where to sell their piss for the best profit, IMHO they could care less what we say as long as we keep giving them our money.

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

In general boycotts do not work very well, in some cases it backfires and only increases business. The Chick Filla "boycott" from a few years ago resulted in very long lines.

Honestly the President should have stayed out of it.

I don't think that I have really made a purchase because of advertising.
For the most part I think it's just hype and they never give the facts on products. That would be boring and that doesn't sell anything.
I just called Budweiser to let them know how I feel. I don't burn cars or riot if an election doesn't go my way. So a phone call is pretty lame.

As many have described, bitching to a sponsor has little meaning. If you feel compelled to make your feelings known, complain to the NFL directly:

http://www.nfl.com/contact-us

The older I get, the fewer things seem worth waiting in line for.

If you feel compelled to "waste your time", here's the rest of the list to call and or write to complain into deaf ears:

NFL Sponsors

Personally, I boycotted fast food over 25 years ago and they are still around...go figure. My adults kids are gratefull and have continued such. Just need to start sometime and stick to your guns.

Tune in PBS
I say you have to speak with your TV. Sunday’s turn on PBS, turn down the volume, turn off the picture if you have cable and walk away. PBS gets rating boost undeniably because of the NFL boycott.

Budweiser is never going to stop advertising on NFL games.

Deaf ears, yes but at least it's one more number they can count.
As far as not watching that's no problem as I have hobby's that I can't keep up with now. I never really enjoyed watching others do something when I could be enjoying something myself.
