Doesn't bother me at all if Jerry and team kneel before the anthem.

search the internet and it becomes very clear that jerry jones never said what was previously posted by Spiffy. nice try though - I think it's called FAKE NEWS. And his actions tonight demonstrate solidarity with the league and its players. One doesn't have to agree with their message, only their right to express it.

Thanks Koppter, i did a little checking and was extreemly disapointed by what i found. I am embarassed.

It makes me sad that Jerry Jones is an idiot. Apparently he is another reason to raise a middle finger to NFL. That is my message, and I have a right to express it.

One of my coworkers expressed himself and it went pretty far on internet. Really pissed off a lot of our customers who expressed themselves. His boss expressed himself too. The guy was out of a very good job the very same day.

Regardless of Jerry said or didn't say, Hillary is still not President and that overrides the goofy protests anyway.

I have been thinking, maybe these guys are right?

Racial oportunities seem to have gone pretty far out of ballance. Blacks account for 13% of the population, but are quite over represented in NFL. 87% of those highly paid positions should be held by whites and others.

right on spiff. There is turmoil at American Idol. They have 2 white judges, but are having a hard time picking up a minority for the 3rd judge, which is supposedly a deal killer for the show (no loss at all IMO).
If they want everything right down the line, then the NFL should be 87% non-black. Same with the NBA.

Have never been a NFL guy, better things to do with my time and family. However, as with the POTUS and the NFL players, JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN, DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD.

Anyone that takes a knee, can go straight to h@ll. You don't like what this country stands for, then GTFO and go somewhere else.

This crap makes me sick to my stomach. Over-paid, under-educated, childish animals.

we the american people made them what they are. We put athletics ahead of education... Go to any high school in America... ANY Which one... and when you walk in you will see Glorification of their sport, district champs this, state champs that, the mascot is usually depicted as some fearsome creature wearing a football jersey and holding a football.

when do you ever see the trophy display with chess tournaments, math tournaments, science fairs etc... yup.. you dont.
The United States routinely spends more tax dollars per high-school athlete than per high-school math student—unlike most countries worldwide
- The Atlantic, AMANDA RIPLEY
So we have no one else to blame but ourselves.

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

not the case in my school district. walk into a any of our high schools and you will see the name of graduating seniors and where they were accepted for college. we start inculcating the college culture in middle school with field trips to local colleges and universities. sports is an afterthought. I would also suggest that you remember that each NFL player has a four year degree, and while some of you may snub your nose at that, schools, they are still four year degrees and many from prestigious schools. Calling them uneducated and overpaid - why not target the many players in MLB who do not have an education and make far more than NFL players?

in any case, I would hope that our president's constituents hold him to a higher standard of use of his time than squaring off with the NFL, and further dividing what is already a very divided and angry social fabric.

you seriously think they actually earned that degree?

Watch at YouTube

lets educate you a little on what ACTUALLY gets you into a good university...

1. Money
2. Athletic prowess
3. ethnic entitlement
4. political influence
5. high school GPA / SAT scores

BTW my wife is a professor at A&M... and I hear it all the time about how athletes get a pass... so squat the BS elsewhere.

read these articles and please educate yourself about the truth behind college "educated" professional athletes:
https://www.sbnation.com/college-fo...letes-education

https://www.cbssports.com/college-f...dnt-pass-class/

http://www.cnn.com/2014/01/07/us/nc...ores/index.html

from the last article (and from CNN no less):
A CNN investigation found public universities across the country where many students in the basketball and football programs could read only up to an eighth-grade level...She found that 60% read between fourth- and eighth-grade levels. Between 8% and 10% read below a third-grade level... The data obtained through open records requests also showed a staggering achievement gap between college athletes and their peers at the same institution

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

It really bugged me when obama would weigh in on every little thing. What his imaginary sons looked like, ,,,, the damn idiot and the idiot media made even the tiniest little mole hills spectacular, and spectacularly stupid. To this day bummer doesn't understand why everyone calls him "the greatest gun salesman who ever lived". Sadly Trump and the idiot media never learned from bummer's mistakes. Probably never will.

hate these scumbags who wont stand

they are kneeling to protect their black criminal friends who die because they refuse to stop resisting arrest while committing crimes.

they kneel for cop killing scum, which in the end only makes them profile these people harder

send them out of our country
