I was wondering if you need a spacer on the top bearing for the main shaft. It comes with three different thickness with the thinnest 05 it will not go down enough to slide the bolt on the bottom of the shaft. Thanks

Just off my head, any chance you didn't rotate the main shaft?

You don't have to use one . They are there if the main shaft has up and down movement after the bolts are in.

I think they give 3 different sizes to get it just right....but if it dosnt need it it all good...as long as there is no play up and down and no binding.

Just as all the others have said, bolt it together if there is play try one of the spacers try to eliminate ALL or most of the up and down play. Just as a side note make sure your bearing blocks are facing the correct way.
