What is the context? Is this for onsite RR links or offsite links placed in postings?

What does this link do?

What version browser are you using. If it's Internet Explorer I seriously recommend transitioning to Chrome, Firefox or Safari. By adjusting your browser's pop-up settings you should be able to directly left click a RR offsite link...

Chrome, Firefox or Safari
These evergreen browsers always keep themselves up to date with the latest technology and security patches. Internet Explorer is not recommended because it's stopped implementing the latest technology. Microsoft's latest browser is Edge.

hey Mark,, I wanted to do a scan in safe mode, well I found this computer is way different than my older one, I had to go to settings, then to updates and security, and as soon as updates and security open it started to down load a Windows 10 update, well it took 2&1/2 hours to down load and then 3 hours to install, hee hee I don't have problems on YouTube any more and I don't have to right click to open links and photos on RR,,, coolJim
