Hi Guys,

I will soon be acquiring a NIB reproduction nitro Heli Baby from Minicopter. For those of you that have this helicopter, I wish to inquire what engine(s) you might be using. What, if anything, fits in without frame or engine modifications. I would appreciate any info. I just hate to spend money on a poor choice engine. Thanks Gentlemen.

The original motor in my first Heli-Baby in 1977 was a Webra Speed 40. It had enough power but I didn't have the skills to fly it much more than one good hover and one forward flight (many unsuccessful hovers and hops including one on the water plus no gyro of any sort, lol). Good luck with the build and hope you find a motor that can replace the Webra.

That makes me think of how much I used to like the Webra 50's.
Us older guys look back at those times as the good old days.
Well that's two for Webra.
