We all make mistakes. That was an obvious panic. The guy should have stuck with the landing and full left rudder. Two engines were dead before landing.

Nice plane, must have took a long time to complete it.

Terrible piloting on every area! Tried to bailout everywhere and ruined it.

I would say his "mistake" was not properly tuning the engines before the first flight.

It looked like all three were running fine and idling properly on the approach.

Then he cobbed the throttles to go around and two flamed out.

Should he have committed to the landing? Sure.

But, if you expect the motors to spool-up normally, a go around isn't out of the question either.
At that point, however, you are mentally committed to one path. Anything unexpected is going to result in a disaster.

Classic multi-engine crash.
You can find all kinds of videos of of full-scale crashes on takeoff or go around when one engine fails

I see it a lot when the nitro heli guys practice auto-rotation.
It changes from a "practice" to a "real" auto when they click off Throttle Hold and find the engine dies, bogs or died at some point in the approach.
Most of those end in the weeds or broken blades.

Believe 1/2 of what you see and none of what you hear.

It's not uncommon for guys to be great builders but lousy pilots. They need to spend more time at the field flying, build basic skills.

Kind'o'like the night I was out driving home coming up to an overpass. The roads were icy and very slippery. I'm driving like usual and come up to the bridge (frozen) and find a car sideways blocking both right hand lanes. I have anti-skid so I lightly hit the brakes. Too slippery for the anti-skid to handle it. I say to myself "self, this isn't working, gotta do something else". So I get off the brakes and carefully steer around the guy to the left. All within about 150 ft. No crunching and I'm on the way home.

Pulling the stick back when near or at stall is not the way to do it.
Always be ahead of the airplane.

If you're faced with a forced landing, fly the thing as far into the crash as possible. - Bob Hoover
