What an education I got yesterday... The leftists came to fight and spew hate and tear our social system apart...They childishly chanted, their pre- programmed montage of hate...We sang God bless america and the national anthem, they turned their backs to us....They came dressed for a street war, we came carrying Flags of our forefathers to the modern US flag,
( which was like showing a cross to a vampire by the way )....I asked one of them if he knew what Bonny Blue is, his response"burrito?" I asked him again "DO YOU KNOW about Bonny Blue?" His response, "taco ?" They where told not to respond to our questions and to turn their backs to anyone questing their view point.... They used bull horns at two feet to yell in my face .... They chanted tear down Robert E. Lee. We informed them the it was not a statue of Robert E. Lee...The monument in question is to the fallen confederate soldiers to honer there sacrifice and loss....Robert E. Lee's name is not even mentioned anywhere on or around the monument and yet they chanted tear Robert E. Lee down....They where to lazy to even be informed about what they where protesting....most where from outside of the local area, here to cause more hate and division in this area. Here only to fan the fires of hate and discord... ...

I left the rally vary vary heavy hearted.....

I dream of a better world, A world where a chicken's crossing a road IS NOT questioned

Each generation feels they are more and more entitled. It will only get worse until something drastically changes. It only takes one host for a political plague to spread like wildfire.

You said "I went to a Confederate monument rally for it's defense" and I asked you why??? .... If you were carrying or not carrying a flag of any kind makes no matter, I have no way to tell if that's true or not.

You still haven't explained why "I went to a Confederate monument rally for it's defense"???

I went because the Mayor of my town wants to destroy a monument to my linage due to the fact, that uneducated folks say it represents whatever they think it represents...they protest without even a clue as to what the civil war was fought over..which equities to being under educated in my book.... As I stated they didn't even know it is NOT a memorial to Robert E. Lee and where chanting tare Robert E. Lee down.... DO you understand NOW Mr. DJINNI ? proly not..right ?

Basically...everything 1helimech posted,, is a story, that can't be verified.

He said he went and sang and confronted leftists and waved flags; "we came carrying Flags of our forefathers to the modern US flag"

Oh really,, since when did any Confederate Flag precede the Stars and Strips!!

You asked: why?

I answered that you wouldn't understand.

The more you post provides more proof you don't understand.

You are in a "djinni loop" and that leads nowhere.

so, you are questioning (and calling him a liar) the man peacefully marching, but you have no issue with the snowflake idiots creating the problem in the first place. Sounds 'bout right.

Whether you agree with what the fallen were fighting for or not, the families of the fallen have the right to memorialize their lost members.

Good on you for being there. The folks across the street are likely a bunch of Hillary/Bernie supporters that are still sore from defeat. They don't know what they are protesting but it still feels good to yell and chant.

Honestly I have never liked confederate civil war, its monuments or flags, but it represents a critical and important moment of our history, and should not be tampered with.

This is a critical time in our history too. I think we should remember our triggered lefties with monuments. Perhaps giant bronze statues of bottles of anti psychotic drugs? No one should ever take those bronze bottles down.

Ok,, we have a vid of you and some of the supporters of the monument, and the not-supporters across the street. I wasn't saying you were a liar and it didn't happen, until I see some visual proof, I'm skeptical.

The narrator of your video states there are about 30 people around the monument and about 50 across the street. So right off the bat there are more not-supporters of the monument then supporters.

Well, if the Mayor wants to tear the monument down he must be getting more feedback from his constituents for doing this, then not. If you as a supporter, want to keep the monument you have to get active and lobby the Mayor. That's how things work in a Democracy.
As I stated they didn't even know it is NOT a memorial to Robert E. Lee and where chanting tare Robert E. Lee down.... DO you understand NOW Mr. DJINNI ? proly not..right ?
You keep bringing up Robert E. Lee and the not-supporters "didn't even know it is NOT a memorial to Robert E. Lee". The place is called "Robert E. Lee Square", it's not called "Monument to Confederate Soldiers Square".

The entire Square is both a memorial to Robert E. Lee and Confederate Soldiers. DO you understand NOW Mr. 1helimech?

The bronze medicine bottles could be installed in parks with different names, some to commemorate the struggle and suffering of the confused snowflake as their imaginary worlds begun to collapse.

To some a park of amusement, to others a park of shame, to others still a warning that just having someone say "free speech" "tolerance" and "peace" does not necessarily mean they value any of those principles.
