Greetings Pilots!

I'm in need of some help as to ESC parameters. I absolutely love the heli I think blade did a wonderful job, but it's bit too quick for my fading reflexes. I enjoy flying mild 3D, but need to come the beast down a bit. What settings would you all change? I would like to start with the ESC configuration, below you will find the settings. Suggestions much appreciated.
