Hey folks, does anyone have experiences getting a icharger 406duo worked on or fixed? After two years of moderate use, my duo will not power up at all. Confirmed that it's getting input 24vdc. Contacted the vender I got it from, who sent me to the manufacturers web page email.......no service state side I guess.....
Anyway, your experiences?

Did you take it apart to see if it has an internal fuse ? Just a guess.....

Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....

I looked into it a bit and it does have two banks of 15 amp fuses..... but, not protecting the external power connection....

That's odd..... other chargers I've owned have fused protection for the power supply input easily serviced.....

Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....

Up date, working fine.
FYI
Found that the very small ribbon conductors from main board to screen had never been firmly installed, it became unplugged. Once Ingot it plugged in and secured, via the clamp on the female side, alll is working well.
Very thankful for that as the only other option is shipping it to China, which would not have been too good the week before IRCHA!
Also well that ends well
Go fly

Progressive RC
I might be wrong, but I know that they handle the IChargers.. If needed, I would contact them to see if they could help out...
Just a thought..

Yep, Progressive RC handled my 308duo. They took mine and sent a refurbished one back.

But, as mentioned, checking internal connectors for proper seating is a good idea....

Before giving up hope and having to send it in for service....

A good idea for almost anything....if it can be done easily...
