I've been doing helis a long time. Never got the chance to try these servos. My newest pattern plane finally got a set. Holy cow these are amazing for the money. Smooth, fast, quiet, perfect centering, no slop. Now I wish i didn't Just sell my goblin. Lol. Do yourself a favor and try a set next time you need servos

I don't compete. Just fly for fun. Its a AJ acuity. I have a bunch of planes all the same size but different servos. I like trying different things to see what I'm missing out on. Really the aircraft doesn't matter what I'm getting at. They impressed me enough to want them in the next heli also.

62 but it's pretty crazy how well it flys. It has a wow factory for anyone that I let fly it. She's a keeper

You should try to compete in a pattern contest....with that plane.

As a heli pilot, you have skills using the rudder that a lot of pattern pilots don't have...at say the sportsman level.

If you learn that pattern, you have a good chance of "placing" at your first pattern contest....

Heck, with some practice, you might even win it....sportsman's not that difficult....

Ya, is not that I can't do it. I love it and can do it well, that's what people tell me anyway, for some reason i don't like competing. I like going to the field and just teaching and helping others.

I've got 2 sets. One have yet to fly (in a test machine), the other in a brand new build for this year. I've flown it ~10 times. I really like the servos, they seem to be very good.

I had a problem with the tail servo; It kept wagging. No matter of gain adjustment would correct it. I replaced it with another tail servo that I had lying around (align), and it worked great. I contacted John, and he had me send him the servo back. Got a $79 check in a few days.

John is a good guy to deal with, and the servos aren't half bad either.
