Hey guys I've been out from the helicopter world for about nine or ten years and I'm going to get a few new electrics including a blade 180 and I'm wondering if there is any better batteries that you can put in one for longer flight times? Thank you

All I know is the blade 180 comes with a battery but I'm wondering if you can get a better battery that will fit the helicopter to allow longer flight time.

With it being a micro heli, weight plays a very big role. Stay around the stock size 450mah to 500mah or so.

What flying are you doing? The 180 can do loops, rolls, tic tocs, piro flips etc. on a 2s Li-po. To keep the weight the same you want a 650-700mah 2s pack. You just need to switch the esc to fixed end point so you can run a higher throttle curve in your TX, maybe even run a straight 100% in IU. This will give you around 50% more flight time.

60% of the time, it works every time!
