Hello, I am an aircraft hoarder. I cannot seem to say good-bye to my friends. I love them all for individual characteristics. I cannot bear to see them sold for next to nothing when there happens to be another ounce of fun left in them.

So as they gather dust and plunge (they don't depreciate) further, I am reminded of the days when they were bright, new and full of promise. I cannot admit the number or volume the collection takes. The house has paths between aircraft. Hanging, standing, sitting they have sprouted everywhere.

I would rather see one die of an honorable glorious spinning death than to pack them off to an un-appreciative neanderthal who wants to chop the good pieces out of my work. I am getting better as I no longer take in strays.

I am taking Tylenol twice a day for my condition.

Sounds like my garage - helis, planks, cars/trucks, boxes upon boxes of spare parts, engines, servos, a mountain of fuel....

When all the members have arrived, we will begin the meeting. In the mean time, help yourself to the hoes-de-voirs. We will meet in the blue drawing room this evening. The topic tonight is organizing your nuts..... und bolts.

The casino is closed during the meeting and will reopen following.

Funny you mention this as I have always sold my helicopters when I wanted a change as they are always immaculately maintained and have no trouble getting reasonable money. I have noticed it is much harder to do this now (particularly with my JR machines) and may have to change my mindset to that of a collector. Not really my preferred choice both financially and storage/display space.

Futaba T18SZ, JR Propo XG14, Hirobo fanatic!

Yeah.. this machine is a dri-decker and I don't have any other WWI dri-deckers. Hmmm this machine has electric retracts.. don't have that anywhere else..

I can make excuses all day long not to get rid of a friend. It does make it harder to buy... I already have one that does such and such. I am a horder... but they are not junk.

Meeting attendance 72. Raffle won by Horder Horitiz.
