Can someone tell me for a 6S Lipo what side should the Velcro be on the batteries so that they hold properly in the heli are there pictures

There's no standard for that...

But, depending on the size of your 6S pack, you'll want to strap it down.....Velcro is used to keep it from slipping on what it's strapped to and to prevent it from rubbing against the "bell" on your out-runner motor, etc.

Well, IMO, I put full velcro on my gadgets.
The soft side on the gadget and the hard side on the helicopter.

Even though there is no standards on this matter, do things by making your own standard.
