"the sky is already safer "

So, you're saying that the "sky WAS falling" before such nonsense.

Just more beltway banditry coupled with "herd mentality".

of part 48
by the registration better freedom is given regarding r/c sUAS operation in the public National Airspace System than sec.336 via CBO private club (some can deny membership, many r/c users don't want to join any club), also LEO recognizes better a federal ID than just some card

nope, only states that set of safety guidelines for model 'operating'

Message:

I have FAA sUAS registration for hobby. The registration shows the safety guidelines how to operate r/c model. Is membership required in a club [Community Based Organization] like the Academy of Model Aeronautics?
~
Thank you for your inquiry and apologies for the delayed response. Recreational operators flying under the Special Rule for Model Aircraft (Public Law 112-95 Section 336) must fly in accordance with a community-based set of safety guidelines, however membership is not required.

"better freedom is given "

Hmmmmm...now where have I heard that term before.....has something to do with world history...some in Europe have used that term....hmmm.....never mind, that was a long time ago.

"FAA UAS Integration Office"

Unelected bureaucrats attempting to create their own "law" via clever "double-talk".

A specialty of "belt-way bandits".
