Fixing up a friends Novus CP. It has the aluminum head upgrade but the spindle seems too long. Very sloppy blade to blade. Stock one is stiff as it should be. Tried the stock spindle with the same results. Dampners and spacers are installed. It flies terrible with the head loose like that. Anyone else run into this or have a solution? Going back to the stock head or maybe just use the plastics grips with Ali head to see if it works to get it flying again. Thanks
