I think this product would be beneficial not just to the 3D pilot but also teaching the basics from the hover up to as advanced as you want.

Interesting.

What are the specs on servos?

Wondering "what if" you were to hold the radio with fingers in place and would inavertently try and move sticks how you think it should be versus reality.

Realflight has an instructional mode that shows the stick movement. If this device could mimic the motion of the sticks in that screen it would increase the flexibility. That is, you wouldn't have to wait for them to decide to support a new stunt, wait to have their expert record it, wait for distribution. You could have a friend fly the maneuver on Realflight and then play it back while you feel the stick movement.Phil Heavin

I've always assumed some of the tricks people do are kinda of a luck/skill through multiple crashes leaning curve.

While crashes happen and we have to accept that, I don't like them.

My opinion
Saying,
"You ain't flying if you ain't crashing"
Is equal to
"You ain't drinking if you ain't puking"

I ain't skeered.

I just don't want to crash.

I look forward to this thing.

Yes, we build our own software to teach the lessons. The servos we use are digital Hitec Serovs. Multiplex is just around the corner. So we have a direct contact to multiplex and Hitec. Also they ensure there full support for our StickMover.

As always there are a lot of questions when a new product meets the marke. So in only two days our Kickstart campaign will start and within the campaign you will find a video explaining most of the questions about the product.

To ensure that you can get the Kickstarter offer, please sign into our newsletter under http://www.avirem.com

In the meantime - please don´t hesitate to ask your questions.

I don't think this is a sim, it doesn't mention anything about it on the site.

It looks like it might just be videos with recorded stick movements that play back together.

I don't think it's a simulator either in the sense that we're accustomed to.....

Let's say that you choose xyz maneuver..... The video plays and their dedicated "transmitter's" sticks are driven by servos to follow the maneuver......You will be able to hold the transmitter in your hands and place your fingers on the sticks so that you can follow the stick movements to learn the maneuver....

I could be all wrong but that is my interpretation from what I've read so far.....
Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....

It seems like you should at least be able to try said maneuver for yourself in the program after "learning" it. If not I will still have to own another sim to try this in. It will be very tedious if you have to switch from program to program.Team Synergy, Team FBL Rotors-------if its not broke...it will be!
