Trex 250 Gpro
I recently bought a FBL Trex 250. When I bought it, the listing saif it had a 3GXMRS, but when I received it, it had a Gpro and a separate receiver. I set it up last week but finally had a chance to try it out in the driveway today. The collective is really weird. At the same stick position, sometimes the collective pops pretty good and sometimes it doesn't. I seems like it is delayed. Also, as far as the gains go, do I change tail gain in the radio or in the GPro? Do I ever change anything in the radio or should everything be done in the Gpro?

You can choose one or the other, but if you choose to use the transmitter leave the gain in the GPro at default (80%).
All other settings are done in the GPro

I would look for any mechanical issues first, like bad servos, sticking swash plate, or low receiver voltage.
The GPro shouldn't affect collective that way.
