I "upgraded" my 700N cyclic servos from Align 610s to 615s. Are the 615s nosier than the 610s? They all seem to move smoothly, but they just sound louder. I don't care about the noise, I just want to know that it is normal and won't cause a problem.

Align servos have always been noisy, nothing to worry about.

Just a heads up the 615's won't hold up as well in a bump as the 610's. The gears will probably survive but the shafts/pins will bend and they aren't available separately so you'll have to buy a full gear set which are expensive!

60% of the time, it works every time!
