Current Ideas
I was doing some reading last night it was mentioned doing a gyro alignment. Since I did a re-flash last night I did not go through the alignment,I will give that a go. Next I will check min throttle command (again)

This is a continuation of the https://rc.runryder.com/t812891p1/
Thread which we obviously hijacked

LED flashes
The Clean Flight manual has a TS section (under "Controls" ) for "non arming" which mentions "LED" flashes but does not mention the color. The Red LED is on if the transmitter is off (goes out when the transmitter is turned on. With everything on, only the green flashes. I sometimes get 4 green flashes and sometimes 6 Green flashes. All of the channels function correctly except arming, still stumped, my low throttle is at 980 well below the 1100 mentioned.

4 flashes (unknown color) indicated the calibration is activated. the 6 flashes indicate that the system is "overloaded".....

Isn't the Default channel map (Spectrum) the correct setting in clean flight for the TARANIS (mode 2)? The resulting channel map does not match labels and certainly does not match the resulting stick movement (except Aux 1,2 and 3) (arming is on 3)

Sorry Doug I have been out for a little bit.

The default mapping is for Futaba and Hitec I think... Not sure, you should be able to change it in the drop down menu on the receiver tab.

Maping
There art three choices but none follow the preset channel descriptions which may not be an issue as I never noticed it. I may revert to the previous version of the firmware as I am out of ideas.

I appears to be correct with the spectrum mapping I reprogrammed my Terot 130 to the identical settings that are currently on the ZMR 250 (still has the Jan 2016 firmware version) everything works correctly so there is some sort of firmware problem, my choices are to revert to the earlier version or just re flash the latest version.

Are you using Sbus or PPM?

The only other thing I can think of would be that the serial settings may be a little off or something in that region.

Saga continues
I got everything working yesterday and did a little LOS flying to get a feel for the new setup. it was a little slow on yaw and a bit spirited on roll. so I changed those settings and I went to my field this AM to ring it out but guess what, it would not arm. I went back home and re flashed the same version and again all was well. I went to the field and flew 2-3 packs and stopped to change some Pid settings. I noticed that after flashing the default PID is Lux I have always used Re-write. so I changed it to re-write
and again the board would not arm. So, I just changed it back to Lux and it worked again. Thoughts........

First flight with Air mode
I took to a large open field to give some room for vertical flight maneuvers
An it really handles great I only used the ground once (no damage), it will certainly take some practice to get smooth and include obstacles. Still cant' get my Vbat monitoring to work RSSI works ok.
