What battery capacity for max flight time and servo combination should be used for this huge model with approx flying weight of 25lbs? I'm aware of how I choose to fly the model flight time will vary.

I use Glacier 6000mAh packs in my Roban AH-1W Cobra. Same mechanics as your Apache, but my total weight is maybe a bit lighter than the Apache. Those packs can give me a 14 minute flight if I wanted. I have my timer set for 6 minutes and get 2 flights out of one charge and typically do not use more than 70% capacity.

Get the largest capacity batteries you can fit, you will probably need the nose weight anyway.
