From watching the video when you moved the elevator stick and the two servos move . This looks like the aileron function. When you moved the aileron stick then it looks like the elevator function .

You nailed it, I think. I was thinking of all kinds of weird swash mixes to explain what happens in the video, but now I'm sure you're right.
So, all that needs to be done is swap the wires for aileron and elevator between the receiver and the BeastX.

Does your radio have a monitor servo function? If it does, when you move the throttle stick are the aileron and pitch channels moving? If they are you have radio mixing on.

If you do not, then as a test, I would plug the cyclic servos directly into the radio receiver. I would plug elev-elev, aileron-aileron, pitch-rudder.

gently move the stick, is there any cross movement(two servos)? If there is, you have swash mixing in the radio and need to find out how to disable it.

As the beastx manual says... you can use airplane mode... (not acrobatic mode and not just for testing).
Never enable your radio‘s eCCPM mixing function! All the swashplate mixing will be done by Microbeast PLUS. Always set your radio‘s swash mixer to mCCPM (mechanical mixing) which is often called “H1”, “1 servo” or “normal“ mixing or disable “swash mixing” if applicable.
Another thing... I would disconnect the main rotor motor while doing this setup. You are asking for an accident.

Right, that's what I've been suggesting all along. Plug in the servos directly to make sure you have no mixing in the TX, and to identify your channels.
However, I'm convinced now that aileron and elevator are swapped. This type of test will confirm that.

I think this guy really needs to take it to someone and get some help. If he cannot get past this point, the rest of it is going to be a nightmare and we cannot sort it on-line.

There are many setup video available on the web. I suggest the following from Ron Lund: http://www.ronlund.com/rcheli/MBV3.html

Thank you everyone.
Well it was a fun 3 hours last night, i took all of your advise and went through everything from the very start.

As many of you have said the elevator and Aileron wires from the Rx to the Fbl unit needed to be swapped. Channels 5 and 6 on the Rx also needed to be swapped.

Also I left it in H-1 on my Tx

I reset and went over every step again in the Micro Beast and it finally started to work.

In the end It was very different to how the manual said to set it up.

I will take some photos and draw a diagram of how it is all wired up now for future reference if anyone esle has this problem.

Once again thank you very much for taking the time and helping me with this.
For my first time with a fbl unit its been very stressful, i just hope the flying is a bit more enjoyable.

Good to hear that it finally worked for you!
I'm somewhat concerned by your statement that what you had to do does not match the manual. I can't comment on the channel 5-6 swap because I'm not familiar with your radio, but everything else should be wired and set up according to the manual. I never encountered any errors or discrepancies with the BeastX manual.
Since this is your first FBL heli, just remember to NEVER use trim in the radio! There is a trim function on the BeastX itself in case you need it.
Good luck!

Good glad you have things going...

One thing... with tail toward yourself... the aileron servo is on the right side. The pitch servo is on the left. I would make sure this is right. I am concerned with your manual comments... they have always been correct for me.

I am also concerned that you have the gyros recovering correctly. When you tilt helicopter forward the swash should tilt back to level. When you tilt right the swash should tilt back to level. If it does not pass this test, you are in for a tilt crash at first flight.

The rudder gyro function is as before in a mechanical flybar copter.

Good luck...

The SET UP DIAGRAM and a VIDEO to give you all piece of mind
I've taken a video of the system being turned on and initialising, as you can see in the video everything is working as its supposed to be.
If that is not the case then please let me know.

(At 33-34 seconds into the video the Ele servo horn gets stuck on rear the gear mount, I'm going to sort this out tonight)

Watch at YouTube

Also I'm adding a drawing of the wiring from the Rx to the Micro Beast and Servos.
