OK So did the OS55 install and now...
The engine is not straight with the starter shaft.. I have seen plenty of talk about it Seems there are 2 ways.. Shim the motor forward or slot the starter shaft bearing holes in the frame

Looking for someone who has had same issue and how you resolved it??

Oh I have the 20 tooth bell and the fancy upgraded red bearing coupler

There is your problem, needs the standard gearing to line up.

Standard gearing would defeat the purpose of the bigger motor surely?!

If it were me I would just use a couple of washers to pack the engine out a bit. Might be worth to also elongate the clutch stack holes to fine tune the alignment.
60% of the time, it works every time!
