Where in the story does it say he was a convicted felon?

You are a "suspect" until you get your day in court and are convicted of a crime.

Just remember -- if the world didn't suck, we would fall off.

False, I didn't claim he was a convicted felon, but running from the scene is a felony and a suspect gets treated as a felon.

So cops are not allowed to do a felony stop before court? pull leeeease

In the video, Hutchings tells Nava to get out of her seat, and she asks him why and then calls him an “asshole.” The officer then grabs her and drags her off the train. She deserved the night stick! to teach her manners and morals. Cry baby liberal trash got what she deserved.

Nava, who wore a brace on her right wrist during Monday’s press conference, says she had a panic attack during the altercation.

This says everything I need to know about her.

So she is a little bad ass bitch when she calls the officer an asshole, but after she gets her whiny little ass dragged off the train by the officer, she is suddenly a super fragile little girl who had a "panic attack" during the fight SHE picked!

Right.........

When a cop meets out punishment, he has over stepped his authority and has committed a crime . . . and should be held accountable. Her lawyer will be seeking that outcome . . . and I agree.

A) there is more to the beginning of the video we haven't seen,

B) note that at the beginning She had no need at all to disrespected the Cop,

C) for sure if she just talked with respect it would not have gone that far, but no, she's a "Right Fighter" and she had to run her mouth and disrespect him to that point,

D) do onto others as they do onto you, so if she was nice, it would have ended quick,

when I was a kid I had one hot 71 Chevy Nova, 3 gear at 6-Grand RPM about to hit 4th, and the blues came on,,, ooops,,, stop,,, yes Sir yes Sir, I know Sir, I know Sir you are right, yes Sir, I know Sir, I was stupid Sir, I wasn't thing about what I was doing Sir, yes Sir yes Sir, I will Sir, I wont Sir, thank you Sir, he walks back to his car, no jail, no ticket, thank god he didn't see the beer>>>>>>>>>>>>

I learned, it's easy to learn, maybe she will have learn, hopefully

let me tell you something,,
my Daughter and Son are like night and day,, my son tells me he does not trust cops, and so he tells me he will always respect cops, and I believe him because I know him well, but my Daughter, like the girl in the video is a "Right Fighter", if she has to go to court for bad-mouthing a cop, or resisting arrest I will tell her (and maybe the judge too), that "I told her so", and that she can pay her own fine.

let me tell it another way, if that was my Daughter in that video, my wife and I would be very very upset with her, I would tell her she deserves what she gets, and if she got made at me too, I would just tell her "hell lady, just call me Dr Phil"

Yes you did actually call him a felon.

I am not commenting on what he did or did not do, in this country, you are a "suspect" until you have been tried and found guilty of your crime in court, at which time you get to enjoy the label "felon" if appropriate for your crime.
You are arrested on suspicion of committing a crime and then evidence is presented by both sides to either prove or disprove the claim against you.

A "felony stop" just says the cops want to be super tough and point guns, it doesn't mean the person they are stopping is even suspected of committing a felony, it is used at officer discretion based on perceived threat. Many non felons and even innocent people have been stopped on the road using "felony stop" procedures, feel free to look it up.

So the facts as they currently stand are, the park police used deadly force to stop a vehicle that would not obey their command to stop, no one knows why he wouldn't stop after being involved in a minor traffic incident that wasn't even his fault, and he is dead so he can not answer questions, so there is an on going investigation.

Just remember -- if the world didn't suck, we would fall off.

Ha Ha ha ha ha ha ha her lawyer my azz ha ha ha didn't stop the cop from dragging her smart mouth azz out the damned door like a rag doll. ha ha ha ha

By the way dude, anyone who wants to waste money can hire a lawyer, doesn't mean she will win, and 99% of cases like this go to the cop.

you did actually call him a felon.
because he factually committed a felony in front of officers

LOL he didn't need no trial and jury or get convicted to EAT LEAD in the head ha ha ha ha

I cannot believe so many people without morals stick up for scumbag criminals and felons. The long arm of the law may just slap you one day, and we will just sit back and smile.

Understanding the High Risk Stop

High Risk Stop Tactics are not to be taken lightly. You are dealing with potentially dangerous individuals who may be determined to kill you. The suspect may see you as the only thing stopping them from freedom or the rest of their life in prison.

In a High Risk Stop the police officer is facing potentially dangerous individuals. The Suspect(s) also need to know that he/she is facing danger if he/she does not follow the officer’s orders. The officer makes this danger known to the suspect(s) through the use of command presence, immediate direction of firepower and verbal commands.

She broke no laws and was victimized by a frustrated cop
. . . let's see how that plays out.

False, you know nothing of law.

Resisting arrest when she was asked to leave the ride for occupying 2 seats.

She obviously had no parents, a good parent would have skinned her alive for acting like that.

Thats the problem with scumbags, they were not raised right.
