Turn on your transmitter and make sure your cyclic trims are centered(ele, ail).

Make sure your fbl compensation is set to the right direction.
On the bench, tilt the heli forward the swashplate should tilt back.
Then tilt the machine to the left the swashplate should tilt to the right.

Just a couple of suggestions.

Damn that ground is hard! When's the right time to get out of this money sucking hobby?

You should look at a setup video made for your helicopter... I found an older one that may not apply

Use google to find more... you need more than a couple of forum answers to get you going.

Good Luck

Thanks...I have looked @ tht vid and it's for a flybar which is just has a headlock gyro not the 3 axis gyro...which controls every thing...I believe the mixing is messed up which is causing it to dive forward right and of course if I reverse the controls it dives the opposite way...I can post a video of what is happening if necessary

Yea I have been reading and I think my cyclic input is to low and causing the swash to shift when spooling

Then google for a video that shows what you want. Near as I can tell, someone has made a video for just about every aspect of RC helicopter setup.
