As I am flying this in FF, it does fine, but as I slow it down to just hover the tail twitches.....then it catches itself and is ok.....what's up with that?

If you are bringing the heli into a hover using minimal pitch then suddenly adding hovering pitch the tail will struggle at first to compensate for the torque. Only thing you can do is try increasing the tail gain.

60% of the time, it works every time!
