We have no pictures, no video, no evidence of any damage to the Jet.

Sounds like a load of BS to me. Nothing found and plane put back into service immediately. Maybe the pilot had too much to drink.

Highly doubtful it was a bird. I used to work on airplanes and every bird stike I have seen leaves some parts of the bird stuck to the plane. Blood guts and feathers are usually stuck somewhere. Sounds to me like he might not have hit anything and is just saying

I got it...

the pilot was asleep...and the co-pilot clapped his hands really loud in front of the pilot to wake him up, it startled him, and he thought they hit something...possibly a drone.

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

the way things are today it would not surprise me if it didn't happen, and it is just a setup to quickly get new laws set-forth

'Death ray' could be used at Heathrow to shut down flying drones

Only in Hollywierd..
As far as finding the drone pieces on the ground... good luck with that one. It would probably be spread over several acres and not recovered until much later.

What concerns me is no aircraft damage. No dents, no dings, but if they heard something, well who knows what happened. Balloon? Lindberg Baby?, Big Foot?

Sometimes there are no answers and the TV show's 60 minute forensic statute of limitation period expires. Lack of evidence does not mean that it did not happen.

HS. I'm talking about damage to the Acft. If the Acft. hit ANYTHING there would be left behinds of some sort..and with proper examination of the damage it can be determined what the Acft. hit.... The comment about the FA number was just a joke ...eh...

Good day

Yes it seems to be the one day flyers that make life for us hard living with rules , not good ,I hope they take the individual cases and hang them , that will leave us alone , but it adds to the rule book worst luck .

the follow up to this was after investigation there was no evidence of a drone hitting aircraft, final conclusion was highly unlikely a drone hit the aircraft

Yup... I said it. Sometimes things happen that you cannot prove. Later on, proof is available. Does that mean it did not happen the first time. Come on, it took many months to find an airplane wreck in the desert with Steve Fossett. Searching and finding things is very difficult (MH370). If a pilot said it happened are you calling him a liar? For all we know, big foots exist! (well maybe not)
