I bought four of these new from buddy RC. After I received them I checked the cell voltages and IR with my iCharger 3010B. All of the cells IR read between 6-9 milliohms.

I called buddyRC and was told the IR will go down after I charge the batteries. After charging one battery the IR for each cell showed 4-5 mohm. I checked it again a couple of hours later and it's IR had gone back up to it's original amount. I tried cycling the battery 2 times at a 1C charge and 1C discharge and got the same results.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Are these batteries bad?
