I have the gov set to the 30 70 100 in set rpm mode.
What happens if you set the % up or down...does it change the rpm?
If it was set to say 25 60 90 would the rpm lower or would it cause the esc problems?

Why would you want to do that?

Maybe he wishes to tweak the rpm without connecting to a pc?

I don't think the governor works like that. The throttle curve numbers have nothing to do with head speed.

Nothing will change on the head speed until you cross the boundary into another rpm setting in set rpm mode. Setting high to 90 has placed you into the middle rpm setting so you now only have two of the three speeds you set up.

I haven't used it but I am pretty sure that is what governor simple mode does. You set a flat TC, say %70, and whatever head speed that gives you is what it locks on to and maintains. If you want a bit more just bump the TC up a bit. You can adjust the HS at the TX but with out a tach you won't know exactly what it is.

I believe and rpm change has to be done in the castle link software concerning the governor.
