Unless you're some kind of ignorant moron. I think we can all agree, most gun owners are intelligent and treat guns with the respect they deserve. It only takes a few to make something good, look bad. Look at soccer, worlds most popular sport. But yet there are riots and all kinds of crap related to it. It has been proven it only takes a few key individuals to incite this. Same with guns. Most people wouldn't think, under any circumstances, that it would be a great idea to go shoot some place up. Even if you don't like what's going on inside.

You must under stand : This is AMERICA = US of A : It means OWNERSHIP - Our ROCK
Not some form of New World Order / No Clinton Global Initiative

No Form of Great Bunny Rodeo Round Up for Carrots and Cheese FREE !

Their is a COST to Our Citizenship & Freedom & Independence.

Payed for by OUR Fore Fathers that No OTHERS are Entitled TOO - PAID FOR = COST - Our Soil is Soaked with it.

Why Stuff grow's so good here.

Why we build silent cities like Arlington & National Monuments to :
The Sleeping of a Judea Christian Society. The LIVING Soul's.

What IT is / Why we Got IT / Why Others Want IT. The Blessing's

Kinda a Value Added Thing
Same with guns. Most people wouldn't think, under any circumstances, that it would be a great idea to go shoot some place up. Even if you don't like what's going on inside.
If YOU OWN IT : You can DO What ever YOU WANT
"not what You think we should do"
That's the FUN Part of LIBERTY and Independence. ( We The People )

See WE THE PEOPLE : Got a Secret : It's GRACE
We also LOVE GUN"S More Than SEX and Whisky

So since your a High Brain Thinking man : What happens if the Veil of Grace is removed ?

What's Missing Now in AMERICA ?

Good thing that didn't happen in a Starbucks...there would have been a bunch of dead baristas!

Proof that conceal carry works!!!

I am so glad to be in a state that allows it!!!

Washington state is more liberal than Calif. While on the face of it everyone who sees this story will give a big hurrah that a life was saved from a criminal attacker. The part you will not see unless you follow up is that this defender is going to be sued civilly for damages even after his lawyer gets him out of any criminal charges of his own if he was not defending himself personally from this attack. The law is not automatically on the side of a defender in a situation like this.It could easily cost him 50-100k or more to defend against this action.
There are huge misconceptions about the responsibilities that come with the ability to use deadly force and what a CCW permit allows. The one thing it does not allow is to defend others.Your first duty is to attempt to distance yourself from danger.
The tide of self defense has changed over the past few years and there are alot of permit holders. What hasnt changed are the liability implications. There are very few underwriters that will write a defensive use of firearms policy. They arent cheap.

Perhaps not there. In Texas, the deadly force statutes explicitly approve the use of deadly force to defend another person. CHL or whatever is no factor in terms of what force can be used.

The best case I can think of was some time ago. A guy decided to whack his girlfriend at the mall at the entrance. A guy who had just bought ammo at a store there saw it, saw the guy try to flee, loaded his .44 and shot the guy through the car door. No relation to either party, and the initial crime was over, and not in proximity. It no billed in the grand jury in almost zero time . . . Not all places are as brain dead as CA and it's ilk . . .

same thing here in Florida. You CAN defend others with deadly force.
I haven't yet enrolled, but I am going to enroll in US Law Shield....and anybody that owns a gun should too. Basically it's insurance to cover you (unlimited) for legal fees. Actually, they provide you a lawyer specializing in shooting defense...... Unlimited in both criminal and civil court.
Look it up... pretty cheap to boot.
