My point exactly. WHAT is he then? Will the real Donald Trump stand up?

Democrat?
Republican?
Independent?
Evangelist?
Christian?

Anyone REALLY know?

IMO He is a businessman democrat leaning a$$hole who has tapped into a huge amount of anger in the voting public.

I think many of us are so pissed at government, even those on our own side of the isle, that we would vote for Satan just to shake things up.

Now that a few of the regular politicians have left the clown car, the race may change a bit. 13 to 1 is no way to beat Trump, 1 to 1 is the only way.

I like Carson and Kasich, but it is time for them to let go.

good point...

but when you need a lawyer on your side, you dont hire a nice guy... yor hire the biggest A$$hole you can afford...

and right now this is what the voting majority are looking for...a big a$$hole that will do what he can to get rid of the PC pu$$ies in Washington and hopefully put the USA back on top as the most feared and respected country on the planet...instead of the biggest pushovers who appear to have their lunch money taken by everybody else on the planet.

politicians know only how to manipulate people into giving them money for nothing in return for the purpose of getting more power....

Trump does not have the advantage of the un wavering black vote like obama did for his re-election should he screw this up...so he knows he has to get $hit done fast and prove his worth to the country across all voters.

lets face it...people are mad as hell...and no politician is going to change their minds...they want an outsider that knows how to run a business successfully, especially one that is international...and no politician has that experience nor capability.

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

I think Washington deserves Trump to kick their butts and take names.

The only reason Trump is doing so well is because of the corruption, the BS, the fraud, the waste, the in your face lies, political correctness, slick talking losers, oversized government, corrupt IRS, ultra rich lobbyists, bought and paid for politicians, debt, totally out of control spending, open borders, lack of trust, life time politicians in Washington.

And, of course stupid voters on both sides.

Liberty once lost, is lost forever.

...and congress...and the senate...and your state reps...and your state governors....

basically anybody that aspires to run for office and aspires to stay there is the core problem....not to mention the very fact that most of them are lawyers.

I understand and cannot disagree with most of ya'lls views.

However, I have learned to trust my gut. My gut says that if he meant to do what he is saying he will, this would have been put in detailed plans and he would be lecturing about them, but they have not.

My gut says not to trust him. That is why my vote will go to Cruz, and to Trump in the final election.

And for those of you that keep regurgitating the 'hes a liar, liar' crap about Ted Cruz, you really need to think on your own, and not what you hear from the media.

You want to know who the liar is? Look at Rubio's record.

Oh, but you might say, 'What record?'. Exactly. Other then the Gang of Eight, what record.

Trump, he is no liar. He is an opportunist. He see's Cruz as his number one enemy, and he is playing Rubio against him. He is not afraid of Rubio. No one is.

One thing I have never said is that Trump is stupid. Nope, not by a long shot. I just don't trust him.

he cant...why? because he does not know what a sitting president does. Its not until your in office, sworn in and given details to top secret and above top secret information that a "detailed" plan can be put together...not to mention knowing all the other connections and under table deals inside Washington that he is not aware of as a civilian.

To ask for details about how to fix a problem such as those with this country is like saying you know exactly how to fix a problem with a modern top of the line luxury car just by listening to it as it drives by.... you dont have all the information, and that information will not be made available to you until you actually get you hands into it.

Actually, he probably is the author of half of those under table deals, and owns most of the players. Hehehehehe.

I have to agree with RM3 - anyone who comes in to a position such as this and claims to have a full plan written before arrival, well, *THAT* is the idiot! It's not possible, since, as others have noted, you don't have all the information required to do so. I value statements of intent and direction far more than specifics at this point, since any claimed specifics are typically known by a better name - "Lies" . . .

I will not post again on this topic.

I trust no politician. But there are those that are far better then the others. I believe Cruz to be just that.

Trump is a wild card, and I certainly don't mean that in a good way. No plans hugh? Wow, glad our military leaders don't think that way.

Have fun, enjoy debating here, and I truly hope I am wrong. I unfortunately see Trump winning the 'Republican' primary. As for the election, I just don't know at this point. I think the absolute hate by the left and middle will drive them in droves to the polls.

I have nothing but my daughters futures in my hands and that is how I will vote. I just don't see anything good coming out of a Trump Presidency. I think people are so blind with ill will and desperation/lack of trust in Washington (rightfully so) that Trumps childish and unprofessional rants have attracted such, that they will vote for him because he talks smack.

It wasn't but 8 years ago when I first saw Obummer on the TV and said, 'No freak'n way will the American people be so stupid to vote for him'. Well, look what voting with our hearts on our sleeves got us, instead of using our brains.

Good luck to you all and God Bless. I sincerely hope I am wrong.

Show me one military leader that had a specific plan for anything before being promoted into his/her command, and being given access to the relevant intel . . . . . .

Ah, didn't think so . . .

And this is no different, other than that military commanders don't go through the election process and all the associated BS . . .

Simple answer is he is playing the game the way HE wants to and NOT the way the MSM or other candidates want to. Why give specifics just so EVERYONE can tear into them and tell us all why they are "bad ideas" or "terrible plans" that will "increase taxes on the working class"? Why give your opponents the ammunition to attack? Keep them floundering around like fish out of water. I think it has been proven that the plurality of the voting populous doesnt seem to care much about specifics right now.

...I trust my goldfish to make a more informed vote than 90% of the voting populace...

Cruz and Rubio are in it for themselves and the undertable deals they have waiting for them... they are career politicians through and through, never built a business or run one on their own, but sure as hell want to control those that do, ever notice the fake a$$ smile Rubio puts on? How about the well rehearsed method in with Cruz talks, very story teller like....and annoying AFAIC

As long as Rubio and Cruz split the non-Trump vote, Trump will win. They should seriously get together, flip a coin, and the loser partner as the Vice. Since that won't happen, I guess it is Trump for Prez!

Some are worried about the lack of knowledge and or experience and what it takes to be president by Trump and yet we let Obama get elected twice.Yeah,I am really not too worried about how much un-presidential Trump is after Obama being in office two terms.
