Thinking of a new Heli, Questions
I am a little confused on Logo's. I want a six cell set up. I want a good flyer don't need hyper 3D set up. I am thinking of a 550se I think 600mm blades. I can always run it with 550mm if I want. The pictures on the Mikado sight leave a lot to be desired I think. I have nothing against plastic but these seam to be priced rather high. I don't know anyone that fly's one so looking is up to me.
I have seen some videos and it looked like the balls on the tail were molded plastic not metal screwed on? Is this correct?
If you have any info you could steer me to I would appreciate it.
Thanks, 870Heli

Well,I own a Logo 500 6s and I love it. The plastic frame makes it light and cheap on repair parts. The 550x is a great size, you won't be disappointed.Minicopter Triabolo 700, Minicopter Diabolo 700, Minicopter Diabolo 600, Minicopter Diabolo 550, Goblin 770, HD 750, HD Cell 500

I have had several Logos of every size. One of the best helis out there. I currently have the Logo 800 xXtreme and it flies awesome! My go to for the last 2 years was a 500 extended 6S Logo. As Demetrius said...you won't be disappointed!
If you get one let us know what you think!

The Logo helis are built to be light and fly like they are on rails. Do not worry about the plastic as you will see that is not like any normal plastic you have ever seen. It is super strong and rigid but yields to being smooth in assemble and in flight. Either the 550SX or the 550SE will suit you well.....RonTeam MikadoUSA 480XXTreme, 550SX, 600SX, 700XXTreme, 800XXTreme!!

That would be the se, and if you are at all, interested in trying one, I
would say just go for it, is not like you are going to end up with an inferior lemon if you do. Pretty sure you will feel just the opposite.

Not to sound like a fanboy at all, just from firsthand years of experience
with them. Had the 500se for years....in all kinds of variations, loved it,
but the 600se has moved in on it as the favorite....Logos just plain fly
very sweet (hi or low headspeed), and stay together flight after flight, barring crashing of course.

Thanks it looks like I am on the right track with a 550se.
No on has said anything of the balls being cast of plastic or are screw on metal? If they are plastic how long do they last?

Thanks. Is there any sight that has better pictures than the Mikado one? Or maybe a build video.

The frames, from what I have read, are a plastic and carbon fiber composite.

I can send you some pictures of mine if you like. Just give me an idea of what you need to see. I am currently rebuilding my 600SE.

Just PM me an email address and what you would like to see

i have a couple buddy's who fly loggo's and there nice and light thats for sure but ive also had the pleasure of rebuilding one of them and when it comes to repairs the goblin is my choice. I have a g500 and a 380 and thay both are great flying machines. The synergy models are nice as well. All of these brands are awesome flying helli's if built right, well worth the money anyway.

Buy the 500SE. The SE versions bring out the Logo in a Logo. Smooth and predicable. The SE have great flight time and feel very floaty. They may seem slower than aligns or goblins if your into smack style flying. Good luck.I have a 3D heli, I don't understand why it doesn't do 3D.

I just checked and they have nothing listed for 500's.
The 550se seams like the way to go for me.

The Logo 550 is the new name for the 500. Mikado now names Helis based on blade size as not to cause too much confusion...HOWEVER the "SE" version of the Helis can swing longer blades...Team MikadoUSA 480XXTreme, 550SX, 600SX, 700XXTreme, 800XXTreme!!
