VRHC web site transfer
AS I informed a while back, life loading has meant that I have had to back off on the web site...

However, it will still be going as "Klauss" has taken it on. We are in the process of transferring over the domain name and he has the full site which he is currently starting to update.
I am also in the process of sending him all my documentation so he does not have to start from scratch in collecting 'old stuff'.

As for me, I am looking to sell about 150 of my machines but intend to keep about a 100 for future restorations etc which I intend to keep doing.

So, all the best to Klauss.

restoration projects
Hi!
As I was asked by different people, I would make a special section to every helicopter, where restoration projects can be placed.
So if someone have photos, documentation,.. from a project, please send it to me. It will be placed like this example: --> http://www.vrhc.co.uk/RC%20Helicopt...0Lucio%20Ma.htm

Kind regards

HI!
I converted the vrhc website to Joomla(CMS). It was necessary because Frontpage had some problems with WIN7. If someone prefer the old version,
it can be started via the canvas menue!
Any feedback and suggestions are highly appreciated!
Any additional documents too.
Kind regards
Klaus

Hello Michael
I had to do it manually. Spend some time to do it and got so an idea how much time Joe spend, to type in all the text.
Also added a meeting section. If anybody have some photos from a vintage helicopter event, they could be uploaded here. To start, I uploaded the photos from the heli-oldie-meetings in germany, austria and switzerland.
If someone have photos from an MA helicopter ( and other still not represented), they are also appreciated.
Thanks and kind regards
Klaus

Klaus,
I just had a look at the VRHC site and it looks fantastic, bravo!
As the the other guys here have mentioned you spend hours on there....it makes all of us get the old helicopters we have that need a refresh and get them flying again.

The new layout is fantastic! well done Joe and Klaus!

P.s I'll get some pictures to you of machines I have that you you don't have pictures or write ups for the Kalt Zeus Grand Prix.

Morley Bell 47G 2B/C

Today I have been given a Morley Bell 47G with a few bits missing
does anyone know how to determine if it is the 2B or the 2c model?
having only had the MK3's
the cabin looks to be built from balsa wood and the servo mounting is wood (what's left of it)
(I know the MK3 had a mix of plastic self assemble or vac formed and a later grp cabin)
the controls are for a collective pitch rotor head (although it has no rotor head fitted)
the skids have a flat ali strip bent into a U shape onto the main frame with a single screw holding it at each of the two spar's
the skid tubes are a larger diameter than the mk3 at 10mm
the tail truss is the modeller's edition or the home assembled wire frame

I will use the Hirobo Shuttle rotor head conversion and electric power which was Jim Morley's favourite of my 4 MK3 47's
my MK3 version can be seen on the VRCH web site reg number G-MASH

Hello
During the last month I have been often asked, over the vrhc website, about decals for different helicopters.
Thats why I have a plea to all who have any orig. decals. I would be very glad if you could make a scan of these, and mail it. It's also possible to make a high quality picture with a camera. They would be edited and published on the related site.
The intention of this is, that everyone can take an adhesive film and print the decal on a color-laserprinter.
So I would appreciate it if you could help me to get many decal sheets.
Thanks and kind regards
Klaus
