Goblin 500 rolls right and forward
Heli flies great. Except if you don't correct for it it wants to roll/lean right and forward. Even on spool up if you don't correct it on the Aileron if will have a blade strike. If you correct for it it will take of and fly fine except for that. Also I can barley tell the difference between normal and idle up. if I take the blades off and spool it up and hit idle up you can hear a difference, but a very slight one. Is this something I need to set in the ESC?

Usually the roll/lean indicates that the swash is not level. Are you using a governor for changing head speeds? if so, which one?Synergy 516

The swash is level. I have checked the "normal" causes and I just don't understand it. I think some bearings are bad in my control arms as there is some slop. As far as the governor. I have a Castle Creations tuning card I have a castle 90 ESC. I'm still pretty new at all this tweaking stuff, but someone told me that my head speed from normal to idle up is probably pretty close. I just have to sit down and figure it out. I'm still clueless about the roll though.

Sounds like your getting drift from vibration if your swash is level thru the complete line of travel from positive to negative pitch. Reduce all the slop in linkages and use a swash leveler to be sure. Check your gyro mounting foam is right for your fbl unit. Balance everything that spins.
What FBL are you using?

If you pick the heli straight up from the bench with the FBL powered up, does the swash tilt at all. Vibrations or a bad servo can also cause a swash to tilt. I haven't used the castle card, but from what I have read it does not allow you to set the head speeds for each flight mode. You will need the castle link adapter and software to set the desired head speed for each mode.Synergy 516

You can also ajust the trim in the pramater menu under prameter A for servo centering. Just ajust the elevator servo back a little and alieron servo to the left a little will compensate for drift.DO NOT USE TRIM ON THE RAIDO .Ajust in pram A .
When flight ready press the setup botton till the lights flash quickly. This is where you ajust for drift. The first setting A is for the poroblem you describe. This will center every thing in flight to compensate for trim issues.

Slop in the linkage will cause centering issues not drift....it will seem to be out of trim at neutral sticks(never seem to come back to same spot after cyclic imput.)Fly Hard......Team Viagra

I had same issue with a heli w/ 7200 BX as well. As Artimus said, go into parameter A (with a flashing light, not a solid light) and adjust it with aileron and elevator stick movements. I just did this the other day (the heli had been fine since it came out of the box until then). It's now perfect...a hands off hover.
As far as headspeed, increase the IU1 setting a bit higher, or set up IU2 MUCH higher and adjust down from there.

That worked like a charm. I put the swashplate leveler on it and adjusted it through that and not it has a beautiful hands off hover.

Thanks man

Glad it helped. Once you get the AR7200bx setup it is rock solid.
Tune it to your liking in the same prameter menu now that its centered. But only ajust one thing at a time to understand better what each menu does.
Have fun and fly hard.....
