Ball link rod ends...
does anyone know where I can get (Quickly) some linkage rod ends?
I need them to fit 5mm balls and have a 3mm rod end. I got some 3mm vario ones from Joe only to find they are 5.8-60mm ball ends and won't work on the swash... Oh, and not enough room to put bigger balls on the "OF" swash...

I'll look in my stuff when I get home tonight, I may have them. Otherwise, I have some really nice Du-Bro spherical rod ends that you could swap onto the swash. I think they use a 3mm bolt to hold them onto the swash, but I'll have to check.

Pretty sure the TREX 700DFC uses 5mm balls from the swash to the servos. And the link rods are 3mm. Try part #H70Z002XXW at Grandrc.comSteve

Hi Jim,
sorry for the late reply, I didn't get off work until 0300 hrs... I dug through all of my packed up gear and could only find 5.5mm ends. But, I do have the Du-Bro spherical rod ends. They will accept a 3mm threaded rod and are held onto the swash via a 3mm allen bolt. They're very high quality, I'm retrofitting them into my big R22. I don't know if they will stick out too far for your set up. I'll text you pics of them on a swash. If they work for you, I'll get them in the mail today.
