I have used both types of servo arms and have never had an arm failure other than in a crash. I am currently using plastic wheels with carbon fiber arms on my 766. The manual even states that this setup could allow a failure point in a crash that could save the servo.Team Synergy, Team Scorpion, No good deed goes unpunished

I use either a Pulse 3600mah or Gensace 4000mah pack. Both balance really well.Rodney

Well I maiden my N7 and started to break in the motor this past weekend, First I must say that this bird was a pleasure to assemble, That being said, when I spooled the Heli up to bring to a hover so that I can make any mechanical adjustment needed, Tracking, cyclic drift, tail drift the usual suspects I did not have one issue at all with it, it was perfect in a hover at 1600 Rpms in normal mode. so I set my rpms as such to break in my motor

N-1600
1-1700
2-1800

3/4 through the gallon I switched it into Idle up 1 (1700 Rpms) in a hover it does not like this head speed as is starts to shake, but in FF it is smooth as silk no problem what so ever. now I'm into the 2nd gallon and I bump up to Idle up 2 (1800 RPMS) and wow my motor is still rich and this bird is alive with plenty of power and crisp collective and cyclic response and with my gain set at 50% I haven't even started to bump up my gain to get them where it would be prime for the heli as I'm waiting to finish tuning the motor and set the RPMs I will be running at before fine tuning the gains although the way this bird is flying it looks like my RPM range will probably be between 1850-1900 RPMs, the guys at my club say their running at 2000 Rpms, I don't see me bumping it up that high as it seems very smooth and powerful at 1800.

all I can say now is there is definitely another satisfied Synergy N7 owner!

I'd like to Thank all those who help me withy my questions, Big Thanks to Chris for the video's they were a great tool to refer too!
