Isn't it about time to publicly name the individuals at the FAA responsible for this blatantly illegal activity ?

But after Fast and Furious, IRS scandal, Benghazi, do you actually believe there is accountability in government? All we can do with names is point and whine. No accountability will come of it.

accountability in government?
after september 11, 2001 aka 911 aka GET OUT aka GET LOST,,,,,,,, here maybe this might help,

Watch at YouTube

and try this,

https://www.youtube.com/results?sea...tollen+911+2001

pick any vid and see where it follows, to ???????????? a, pig gubberment yes?

so what are you going to do about things now?

hover boards, e cars, e bikes, anything going against freedom of choice and freedom from pig oil cartels, well? why go for it? because you have to pick up groceries or starve so you comply and hope for the best right? Let someone with more cash than you fight the good fight and you benefit from playing the waiting game and see what falls and what holds up.

I saw two sections in the police force recommendation forms that contradicted the application of registration, where it used the term "MODEL eUAS" thereby blending the uas restrictions with a "model aircraft" waiver of registration.

the more things change the more they stay the same DA? doh!!!!!

Ask yourself and all the faa and their fumblings "ARE YOU REAL"?

more better faa deals with the very serious laser pointer problem than pick on a child, the rc model hobbyist, relatively speaking.

"freedom's a bitch" they may say, freedom for the JACKALS in life to freely romp all over people who want no time for MISS-CHIEF, shyt that misses the value of life, alas I've witnessed reasonable men become total f-tards "BECAUSE THEY CAN", that's what the notion of power over another human being does to people, MAKES THEM IDIOTS.

and that's where that was going.

FAA,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,BOYS,,,,,,,,,,,,,
LASER PROBLEM,,,,,,,,,,,
forget the drones,,,,,,,,,,,,,
for now,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
dudes.

5000 laser pointer incidents reported 2015 so far, WTF IS A "DRONE" again "SIR".

So . . .
Where does it say that flying a "drone" at a common flying site within normal guidelines by an "unregistered" person is an "unauthorized" operation ?

A UAS is an “aircraft” as defined in the FAA’s authorizing statutes and is therefore subject to regulation by the FAA. 49 U.S.C. § 40102(a)(6) defines an “aircraft” as “any contrivance invented, used, or designed to navigate or fly in the air.” The FAA’s regulations (14 C.F.R. § 1.1) similarly define an “aircraft” as “a device that is used or intended to be used for flight in the air.” Because an unmanned aircraft is a contrivance/device that is invented, used, and designed to fly in the air, it meets the definition of “aircraft.” In addition, on December 16, 2015 the FAA the FAA promulgated an Interim Final Rule (80 Fed. Reg. 78594) that defined Unmanned Aircraft, Model Aircraft, Small Unmanned Aircraft and Small Unmanned Aircraft System in 14 C.F.R. § 1.1. The FAA has promulgated regulations that apply to the operation of all aircraft, whether manned or unmanned, and irrespective of the altitude at which the aircraft is operating.
