I am new to this form. I am in the process of putting together a Funkey bell 222. 600 size nitro. And I am looking for a set of nice retracts for it. The ones that came with the kit are cheap looking and really don't want to install these cheap looking ones. Does anyone have any to sell or can steer me into the right direction to purchase some. Wanting to get this unit built so I can upscale to a larger unit. But want to get my feet wet with this cheaper unit first before buying a more expensive one.
Thanks

what you will find is MOST mechanical retracts look kind of cheap.. but as it goes they are really quite tough.

If you have concerns however look at Robart units.

I know what u mean when i was building a 222 for my best friend a 700 size i used a set of servoless retracts and used set landing gear that he got from RCA to have it look close to the full scale and it can handle the rough landings my friend has been doing.

I have always custom made my own. the ones found on the market rarely look the part.
I build my own using brass tubing and strips. they feature full shock absorbing and the nose gear has sequencing doors.
