When i power up my Charger 4010 it just beeps & says pin reset on screen. Has anyone else seen this problem & what is solution for it...

Hey buddy.

I've not heard of this problem myself, but it might be worth looking over on RCGroups as well, as there is a big iCharger DUO topic.

One thing you could try is connecting the charger to your PC/laptop and performing a firmware update.
It could be this might fix the issue if the charger is detected and can then run through the update procedure.

I can't address your particular charger, as I have been using the VoltZ 101K.

Different chargers "display" different "error" messages.

Having said that.....

I have purchased "balance cable" leads that were "mis-wired".

And after re-aligning the balance cable "pins", charging proceeded as one might expect.

I suggest, using your DVM, to ensure that your balance cable pins are arranged to that of what our charger schematic requires.

Your charger documentation should have a balance cable wiring diagram....

It's easy to re-arrange the connector pins on the balance cable....no soldering required.

The pins have a "tang" to hold them in the connector housing....a jewelers screwdriver can be used to disengage these pins from the connector housing for proper connection.
