I am building and S-76 and would like to use this aircraft as my subject but I am having a hard time finding much information about it. I know that the owner of record is Wells Fargo but that is only the bank that financed it. It has been photographed at Houston Executive Airport and Brown Field in Duluth, GA. I contacted the FBO's at both airports and GA was a dead end and I never heard back from Houston.

If anyone out there knows anything about this aircraft or has any ideas on how to find out who the owners are so I can get in touch with them to hopefully arrange to get some more photos I would really like to hear from you.

I have a build thread in the scale heli section if anyone is interested.

Thanks for any help.

In the air picture. Also looks like it was a different color at one time from the search I did.

Not sure what information you want, but here is the registration info:

http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinq...Numbertxt=817SS

As far as I can tell, Wells Fargo IS the owner. They may have it leased to someone else. The SS at the end of the N number is most likely the initials of the operator.

Thanks for the info IFHELI and Jim. I was not aware that the end of the N number would be the operators initials. I'll start to follow that lead as well.

Your welcome.. You may be able to contact the person on airliner.net who took the picture. Who knows he may have more but you may have to pay for them.

I did send him a message but haven't gotten a reply yet. I did find another picture of the aircraft at Houston Hobby so that's another lead to follow up on.
