Trying to setup and bind DX8 and R9D Receiver for Kylin 250 Quadcopter. Tried using bind plug in Receiver. There is a little button on side of receiver and one person said I need to hit button twice to make light red. Then turning on radio with holding bind button on radio. That does not work either. Anyone have a insight?
Quad uses OpenPilot on board. tried using setup wizard and it does not see the radio.

I have not used this tx or rx but doing a little research came up with this

1.Place the transmitter and the receiver close to each other within one(1)meter.
2.Turn on the transmitter.
3. Press and hold ID SET switch of the receiver one second, now the indicator LED will start blinking.
It will automatically find the nearest transmitter to bind,
which is an outstanding feature for R9D receiver.
4.Test with servo to make sure the binding is finished

Hope this helps
