No shaded area on the flight line, no close/handy tables at the flight line, no paved parking lot, no designated pilot stations, runway too close to the fence line, etc? Pffff... Amateurs. Bet the booze is cold and flowing steadily, though.

I didn't realize CHC was basically in a neighborhood.

E820, Raptor G4N, X50F/E, E620, Forza 450, and some planks.

And, that's another strike. Just wait until they start complaining and causing issues, if they haven't already.

The place looks nice. Are you planning widening the runway? for planes?

If it is a heli only club the neighbours should be ok because you wouldn't be flying over them in which case you could have saved a ton of money on paving a runway

I prefer flying over grass or short vegetation easier on the skids and crashes.

I got a spot it is a 1/2 acre lot surrounded by a low fence and farm land.
The lawn is mowed every 2 weeks, it has power and parking for about 5 vehicles. You are not required to have MAAC but common sense is mandatory. The annual fee at this location is 0$.

Thank you google map

All of the neighbors are family so there is zero issues with regards to flying at Camp Hard Core.

As for the other comments Rome was not built in a day and as mentioned CHC is a work in progress.

The amount of work that has gone into CHC may not look like much to some of you but keep in mind the whole field was once trees. Also all of the neighbors/family all bring over food and their amazing Kentucky hospitality.

The first and second bay of CHC has many tables, heat and for the hotter summer months A/C. So that has already been covered.

There are also fire places, showers, and accommodation and brand new bunk beds for guests.

As for the the financial support I helped raise $15000 and one of the very big names in the hobby also contributed $15000 that Tony is paying back, and was not asked to pay it back.

To the people that helped keep the dream alive we know who they are and they know that we are thankful for all of their support.

As time goes we will reveal more of the facilities as well as the camp grounds. There is a lot more then has been shown here and lots more really cool things planned for CHC.

Camp Hard Core is actually located on agricultural land and zoned as that. Missy's house at the front of the property is classified as part of the subdivision.

Camp Hard Core is located in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.

What an awesome establishment. Well done sir!!

The only way to fix the HeimD situation is to place him on an ignore list. I am still not certain how he is still on this forum since he rarely likes or contributes anything useful to it.
