ask away, freedom of speech is our god given right.

retarded= held back, hehe, in some ways everyone is held back lol,,,,,,,,,,

malarky= Exaggerated or foolish talk, usually intended to be deceptive:

who's tellin, I certainly know some of us aren't, smiley smiley.

a recent thread on e motors in the other site helped steer me in the right direction. You know those symbols for all sorts of University level engineering, mathematics, blah blah blah that guys must comprehend to get their degree? yah well they all make sense when you have the same books and have some level of intellect wothy of comprehending the parameters, ohh lookee, a quick google/bing/cetea search and look what we find on the net, gad I love the net. Still ain't gonna get me an engineering degree unless I do the time and cram for exams like all the rest, don'tcha know.

e=mc2.

I know 2.4g penetrates a human body, wanna know how to test that? Do a range test while the tx is in front of you as you are walking away with your back to the heli, tx in front of you and look back over your shoulder. Did that yesterday with the sole sat at 90 to the tx, signals seemed to be become slightly delayed the further I got from the heli. This would suggest the signal takes time to penetrate mass between tx and rx, ya know.

EEngineer, I thank you for putting me to the wall on my tx thing, things that should not be taken for granted and your knocking me around then caused me to look fully into what I was messing with. I do think of designing and building a custom tx one day and that wouldn't be too hard now that frsky is on the market. Just read someone gave up on Spektrum rx's completely and went Orange and has no problems what-so-ever (only when you buy those ratty clones)

by line is, mounting a satellite beside a motor, esc, and or lipo is ok when the main rx is furthest from those components, never know if the components might gobble up your signal completely or just cause a little delay, and who knows, it might be a good thing actually.

If the fets in an esc are switching at so and so frequency the rx is immune, the motor rotating at so and so rpm the rx is immune, the lipo not comprised of signal shielding/sucking compounds the rx is immune, however the signal may experience some delay based on the densities of elements in said components. Could be. CF on the other hand???

CF can block signals if the rx is" enclosed" covered up, concealed or obstructed.

The reason we don't worry about emi is (if I'm not mistaken) is that EMI doesn't hit the 2.4ghz bandwidth very often if at all, it was however more prone to hitting fm bandwidth.

1 of the many reasons I believe we all switched from FM

spending time, paying attention
