The align anti rotation arm does not work on this machine.. MAYBE I can use it on my 600 nitro machine.. not sure. I might have been able to get it to work BUT..the head would have been about 1.5" taller then it is now.. it looked weird!

I did end up using a Century swash and trailing arm anti rotation rod.. looks like its going to work out just fine.

I contacted Heliworld about the pinion.. no response yet.

Doc,

doing the math it looks like an 11T (Mod1) with a 6mm bore is my starting place. I could go with a 12 too but want to start with the 11..

I have a 10,12 or 13 mod 1, straight cut 6mm pinions, let me know if any help. I'm using an 11 on my MD 700, but i 'll keep looking. Your welcome to have any of the others if you can use.

I see this thread fell dead a number of years ago. I need to go back and thank all of those that helped me identify parts and the on line support was great. The machine still flys to this day and flys well.

I only flew it a hand full of flights last year as summer was WAY to busy.. this summer is looking better. I hope to get out more.
