WOW!! Only a dream I would think.

Setup is everything, All my heli's can fly far better than I can pilot them

OR how about an opposed twin cylinder two cycle with a dedicated airframe to go with it....move over electric!

like one of these? Just need a better porting/compression for higher output and it would be super smooth with two power strokes per revolution and its dynamically balanced unlike single cylinder engines!...

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

I believe for the same displacement a twin will make less power but theoretically could be smoother than the same displacement single cylinder. I would love to see a twin four stroke gasoline engine!! Smoother ,more economical [longer run times] but with the same weight and power as a single,,,,we are dreaming here still yes?

Setup is everything, All my heli's can fly far better than I can pilot them

its about demand...but just look at Apple and their "I" devices...
people dont know what they want until they see it...

it would be a small market...Bergen makes the "twin" observer if im right...but its more of an industrial use bird...not a nimbler sport model.

Someone out there needs to make a small and light enough twin in the 25cc range and massage the performance out of it and give it a try....I know how to make single cylinder engines...but never tried a twin...

OK now we got the juices flowing, now all we need is one of us to get on the drawing board and come up with an airframe to go around it. Hope this stirs up some interest in some one. If TDR can do it , so can one of us.

I think a fire breathing twin would be enough though.
