Lucky that's all the got broke. He should have complied with the officer's command to stand and leave the bus. Goes to show that stupidity knows no color.

They weren't asking him math problems, and he seemed plenty coherent once the pain got him to pay attention. And they gave this tool about 8:30 more time than he deserved, so I fail to see an issue . . . It's just another fine example of 'stupidity can be painful', and I anticipate that this tool will be more likely to follow instructions in a timely manner if there is a next time. It's not like they didn't tell him what would happen, right down to the chance of injury . . .

I am by no means saying that what the kid was doing was right. He should of got slapped around a little but if you guys think that it's okay for two cops to break a kids arms like that then I am at a loss for words. Just remember it's all different when it happens to you.

All the kid had to do was to stand up and leave with the officers. When the officers tried to pick the kid up, he resisted. His own actions broke his arm. The officers didn't just decide to let's go and break his arm.

Like I said, stupid knows no color.

That kid's behavior starts at home.He has no respect.I am a retired cop- Imo, they wasted 7 minutes trying to reason with him. Next time he will get off the bus when he is supposed to. Had my arm been broken because I acted out to the point that the Police had to forcibly take me off the school bus- I can assure you my Father would have busted my ass as soon as he got to the Police Dept.

Go ahead, blame the cops. The kid refused to comply with a lawful order.Get off the bus! Maybe he should drink more MILK instead of Soda They are damned if they do and damned if they dont.#disrepectful kids lives matter.LOL.

PS: let me get this correct....Slapping him around is OK? Breaking his arm as a result of his lack of physical compliance is BAD. Really. I am SO glad I am retired- cant please everybody. Further, having taught firearms and physical tactics to Police Recruits, even a small petite female, determined to resist and NOT BE compliant- can make the strongest and well trained have one hell of a battle trying to handcuff her. If you think a CHILD can't resist enough to cause an escalation of force- you're mistaken.

Nobody broke that kids arm except the kid. Those guys were MORE! than patient w. him as long as they could. Guess the only other alternative would have been for the ambulance crew to give him a shot (sedate him)??

And then wait for that to work.................

but another kid can still learn from it

I got the belt at times when I was younger than that kid, but I would never disobey a cop at any age

Two grown men couldn't easily take this kid off the bus? Did we really need the extra twisting of the arm backwards until it snapped? Make no mistake here: Police officers WANT you to fight, and WANT to be given an excuse to teach you a lesson, as they did with this (obviously) mentally troubled young boy. That 10 minute talk about "not wanting to hurt" the kid, and "hoping to have resolved the problem with no violence" was merely a tale, as it usually is.. A mere formality to the imminent beating you're about to receive. I've personally experienced this, along with the countless stories and publicly available footage online of such instances. Below the surface, it seems that a large majority of cops out there hope, want, and thirst for a reason to inflict pain on anyone for any reason. Someone once spoke of the "contempt in a cop's heart" for the public he's paid to protect.. The "Police Force" these days is just another term for street gang, and they don't play nice. Stay safe.

Snap, Krackle, POP. You want some milk with that? No sympathy given to this fraill little deuche bag.

I don't think there was an intention to hurt this kid...just a simple overestimation of the flexibility of the bone structure of a very nonathetetic spoiled brat. Oops.

I bet he listens real good now...but in this day and age I also wonder if there was a lawsuit filed against the officer. Oh well, that kid got a painful life lesson and about six-eight weeks in an itchy cast to think about it.
