yee-up, it looks like we will need the FAA here

as for the 2nd vid, I like how he calls it a "craft" I can see that guy having a bad landing and falling over or dropping an arm in those blades,,, ouch

Those don't look like glow motors. They look like opposed twin gas engines.Setup is everything, All my heli's can fly far better than I can pilot them

Yep . . . you're right.

. . . and if you look at the end of the video, he doesn't have all engines dialed in the same way. With a fast change in "collective", some engines pick up faster than others causing some pitch/roll.

That's about 2lbs/ft² disk loading . . . sure, why not.

There were some pics a while back of two helis lifting a girl, maybe 120 lbs.

I just don't think the future of manned rotary aviation is in electric batteries. I can see it in small planes but not in helicopters. Just too much power is needed.
