CGY hovering mode, how does it know?
In the cgy750 there are various settings that mention hovering rpm and 'switching from ilde up to hovering'

How does it know when you are hovering or in idle-up? There are no settings to say: ' at this rpm I am hovering' etc...

"Normal" mode is typically "Hovering" whereas "Idle1", "2", "3", etc. are flight modes.Team Synergy Factory Specialist / Scorpion / Thunder Power / Byron's Fuels

yes,

but, the cgy doesn't know what switch position you have on the transmitter. It only 'sees' a specific throttle/pitch position.

The RPM requested is sent on another channel. See page 9 in the v1.4 CGY750 manual. The S.BUS RPM channel (default: 7ch) is sent based on the governor value specified in each condition in the radio.

Make sense now?
